We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks, and different kinds of display stands since 2001.
2. What is your delivery time?
In general, within 15 working days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.
3. What is the term of payment?
Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
4. Are samples available?
Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge sample costs and will return them during the next bulk order.
5. How can I install the racks?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also provide digital guides or video assistance to help you set up easily.
6. What is the difference between main rack and add-on rack?
The difference lies in the upright frames. A main rack is the starting rack with 2 upright frames, while an add-on rack is a continuation rack that uses only 1 upright frame as it connects directly to the main rack. For example, a row of 15 wall racks consists of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
