Palletizers are specialized equipment used in automated warehousing and production line back-end systems. They neatly stack bagged and boxed materials onto pallets according to a fixed arrangement, replacing manual palletizing. They are widely used in the grain, feed, fertilizer, cement, food, chemical, and building materials industries.
A six-axis robotic arm provides flexible multi-station operation, capable of simultaneously palletizing multiple production lines and various specifications; high palletizing efficiency.
The high palletizing column allows for layered stacking of finished products on both sides of the palletizer.
Small footprint, making it the preferred choice for palletizing in confined spaces.
The packaged bags/boxes are smoothly transported from the sewing machine/sealing machine to the pushing, shaping, and grabbing station, and also serve as a buffer and queueing mechanism.
After being quantitatively packaged, the bagged materials are in an "standing" state. A pusher conveyor is used to push the bagged materials to a horizontal position to facilitate the next step of the operation.
Bags that are fluffy, crooked are flattened and degassed by the upper pressure rollers of the shaping conveyor, and then vibrated and aligned by the rotating rods at the bottom, ensuring that the stack is square, stable, and aesthetically pleasing, making it easier to handle.
The system reliably picks up materials from the conveyor line without dropping or damaging them, and delivers them to the designated location on the pallet. It uses alloy grippers, which are durable and sturdy, offering high gripping accuracy. The column-type palletizer can handle 350-400 bags/hour; the palletizing robot can handle 800-1000 bags/hour.
| Model | Palletizing capacity (bags/h) | Load capacity (kg/bag) | Machine footprint (m) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Straight Arm Palletizer | 380-400 | ≤80 (Customizable) | 6 * 5.8 * 3 |
| Rotary Arm Palletizer | 450-500 | ≤80 (Customizable) | 6 * 5.8 * 3 |
| Palletizing Robot | 1000-1200 | ≤80 (Customizable) | 7 * 6.3 * 3.5 |
Palletizers are widely used in food, grain and oil, feed and fertilizer, chemical building materials, pharmaceuticals and electronics, logistics and warehousing, and new energy and rubber and plastics industries. They can automatically stack different packaging materials such as cartons, woven bags, plastic drums, and ton bags. They include columns and robots and can adapt to various working conditions such as dust, low temperature, corrosion and explosion protection, replacing manual labor to complete the palletizing and warehousing operations at the end of the production line.
