1. Can you design a steel warehouse based on my land size, storage plan, and local code requirements?
Yes, we provide free 3D design within 7 days using Tekla, AutoCAD, SAP2000, and BIM. Structures are customizable in dimensions (span 6 to 60 m, eave height 3 to 30 m), colors, doors, windows, and internal layouts. Designs comply with Eurocode 3, AISC 360, AS 4100, GB 50017, and other local building codes in over 80 countries.
2. What type of steel structure do you usually use for warehouse and workshop projects?
We mainly use Q355B and ASTM A572 high-strength steel for the main frame, depending on the project location and structural demands. Common systems include portal frame, multi-span, and truss structures. We also supply C/Z purlins, bracing systems, roof panels, wall cladding, and other matching components for a complete steel building solution.
3. Can your steel building be designed for high wind, heavy snow, or seismic conditions?
Yes. We design for wind resistance up to 150 mph (Category 4 hurricane), snow loads up to 80 lb per sqft, and seismic zones up to 9-degree intensity. We have proven project records in Caribbean hurricane zones, Mongolia (minus 40-degree cold), and Indonesian seismic regions.
4. Do you provide drawings before fabrication starts?
Yes. Layouts, 3D structural calculations, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings are all delivered within 7 days. Tekla and BIM detailing are available for projects above 2000 sqm. All drawings are stamped by registered structural engineers.
5. How long does it take to manufacture and deliver a steel warehouse project?
Production takes 25 to 45 days after drawing approval. Shipping takes 18 to 22 days for the USA, Australia, and Middle East; 30 to 35 days for Europe and Africa; and 35 to 45 days for Latin America. The total project timeline is approximately 50 to 90 days from order to site.
6. Is overseas installation difficult for prefabricated steel buildings?
No. Our Plug-and-Play system requires no welding on site. All parts are pre-cut, pre-drilled, color-coded, and QR-labeled. A 1000 sqm facility can be assembled by 6 local workers in about 15 days. Detailed manuals and 24/7 video support are available in English, Spanish, Russian, and Arabic.
