Can you offer design services?
Yes, we have an engineer team that can design according to your requirements. Architectural drawings, structure diagrams, and installation drawings will be provided during the project.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the size and quantity of the order. Generally, it is within 30 days after receiving payment. Partial shipment is allowed for large orders.
Do you offer installation services?
We furnish detailed construction drawings and manuals to help you install step by step. We can also send an engineer to your location to assist if needed.
What is the payment term?
Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit and 70% balance required before shipment.
