The main body adopts high-strength hot-rolled H-section steel complying with China GB, American ASTM, EU EN and other multi-national universal standards, with a yield strength up to 355MPa. Core components are connected by full penetration welding and Grade 10.9 high-strength bolts, with overall structural rigidity and load redundancy far exceeding traditional buildings. It can be custom-designed according to the local geological and climatic conditions, with a maximum resistance to 8-degree seismic intensity and Grade 12+ typhoons. It fully adapts to the building design, fire protection and seismic codes of different countries around the world, ensuring a safe service life of more than 50 years for projects in inland, coastal or extreme climate areas, and completely eliminating customers' concerns about compliance and safety.
All components are standardized prefabricated in the factory with CNC equipment, with a prefabrication rate of over 90% and dimensional error controlled within ±2mm, completely getting rid of the strong dependence of traditional buildings on on-site construction environment and labor level. Only bolt splicing and enclosure installation are required on site without complex wet work. The on-site construction cycle of projects of the same scale is more than 50% shorter than that of traditional reinforced concrete buildings, which can achieve rapid commissioning and quick return on investment, greatly reducing customers' construction period cost, labor cost and capital occupation cost. Meanwhile, factory standardized production realizes accurate utilization of raw materials, with material loss rate controlled within 2%, much lower than the 10%+ loss level of traditional buildings, further reducing the full-cycle cost of the project.
Adopting portal frame and steel truss structure design, the maximum single span can reach 36m without middle column, and the internal space utilization rate is more than 20% higher than that of traditional buildings. It fully meets the large space requirements of heavy industry workshops, large-scale warehouses, exhibition halls, etc. The interior can be flexibly equipped with mezzanines, office partitions, production lines, storage racks without any structural obstruction. Meanwhile, the product supports full-dimensional customized design, from span, eave height, number of floors, to the material, thickness, color of the enclosure panel, as well as functional configurations such as crane system, ventilation system, fire protection system and intelligent control system, all can be personalized adjusted according to customer needs, truly realizing "one building adapts to all business formats".
The enclosure system can use high-performance thermal insulation core materials such as rock wool and polyurethane. The thermal conductivity of polyurethane core material is as low as 0.024 W/(m·K), which achieves excellent thermal insulation effect, greatly reduces the energy consumption of building cooling in summer and heating in winter, and cuts operating costs by more than 30% compared with traditional brick-concrete buildings. Meanwhile, the composite sandwich panel has excellent sound insulation and flame retardant properties: Grade A fireproof rock wool core material meets high-standard fire protection requirements, and the sound insulation can reach up to 40dB for high-demand scenarios. The main steel can be 100% recycled, and the enclosure panels can be repeatedly disassembled and reused, with no large amount of construction waste after demolition, fully complying with the global development trend of green buildings and carbon neutrality.
