We accept both T/T and L/C. We highly prefer a 30% deposit prior to production and the remaining 70% balance paid via T/T prior to loading.

How are the steel materials protected and packaged for shipment?

Steel frames are pre-packed onto structural pallets to enable rapid loading and unloading via cranes, keeping onsite labor expenses low. All structural ends are protected by heavy blankets or bubble plastic wraps, and the cladding sandwich panels are bundled with protective surface film.

Do you provide onsite installation support?

Yes. We provide complete 3D Tekla visual models and construction blueprints. For complex connections, video instruction is provided. When necessary, we can dispatch engineers to guide installation teams directly. Note that round-trip flights, local transit, meals, and lodging costs will be handled by the client.
