In the year of 2009, our team started as a pioneer of exporting Pre-Engineered Building Steel Structure (PEBS) to overseas markets. We began commercial operations in 2010 with a fabricating and roll forming plant. After years of expansion, till today, we have established five branch plants of PEB fabrication and roll forming.
We are a growing company that provides one-stop solutions including: design, fabrication, erection, and after-sales service of Pre-Engineered Building Steel Structure (PEBS). With experienced designers, senior engineers, detailing technicians, production managers, strict quality inspectors, and well-trained welders in our main plant and branch plants, a capacity of 50,000 Metric Tons of PEBS is being produced annually. Description: This project includes an island airport terminal building, staff dormitory, fire station, Island Resort, Staff Office & Club Center.
Difficulty: Replace British standard materials with Chinese standards, convert accordingly, and output all construction drawings.
The third-party QC of this project stayed in our factory to track the entire manufacturing process. 100% of our products passed the customer's inspection, leading to successful cooperation and procurement of additional materials.

You can choose between single color plates/sheets or various types of sandwich panels, including Polyurethane (PU), Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), Rock Wool, and Fiberglass. These panels provide different levels of thermal, acoustic, and fire resistance insulation.
We primarily utilize standard Q235B and Q345B carbon structural steel. For surface treatment, components receive either two layers of anti-rust paint or a hot-dip galvanized finish to ensure long-term durability against corrosion.
Yes. We provide complete and detailed structural design drawings. Additionally, we provide online technical training, and when required, engineers can help instruct and guide the installation process onsite.
