Concrete-filled steel tube columns, which are circular or box-section steel columns filled with concrete, combine the advantages of steel structures while fully utilizing the excellent compressive properties of concrete.
The frame structure is connected to the concrete foundation via anchor bolts. Additionally, steel columns can be inserted into foundation cup sockets. Based on the bolt arrangement, these connections can be classified as either hinged or rigid.

Water-Based / Epoxy Zinc-Rich Paint: Beautifully finished paint film with uniform thickness, economical and environmentally friendly. High-pressure airless spraying ensures strong paint adhesion (approx. 40μm per coat).
Mechanical Derusting: Reasonable proportioning of cut shot and cast shot. Derusting grade reaches Sa2.5 or above. Configured with high-power 12-direction shot blasting heads.
Quality Welding: Continuous forming with CO2 gas shielded arc welding. Grade II weld quality control and specialized weld flaw detection inspections ensure precise geometry.
