The light steel structure factory has 2 advanced H-section steel production lines matching EU standards. Equipped with portal frame NC cutting torches, H-section steel built-up machines, and automated portal frame arc-submerging welders. The heavy steel structure factory covers 30,000 m² with advanced machinery including 80 drilling machines, 16 2500 steel plate shearers, sawing machines, 4 NC cutting machines, and CO2 protective welders.
2. Integrated Houses & Panels Factories
Equipped with an integrated housing and container house production line supporting custom design and one-stop service. The panel factory features a complete QC system (ISO9001) and whole-series corrugated profiling machines capable of producing 11 different types of panels, including lightweight EPS cement panels.
3. Doors, Windows & Air Conditioning
Features specialized lines for EPS insulation, latex paint, stone-like coating, and aluminum-alloy processing. The Air Conditioning unit produces state-tested central and rooftop units, water-cooled chillers, fan coils, and ventilation matching industrial needs.
4. Animal Husbandry Factory
An integrated factory providing design, manufacturing, and on-site installation services for automatic feeding systems utilized by cattle, poultry, pigs, and horses globally.
