Product Description

This kind of steel structure building is different to other normal steel frame, it is made by special steel lattice beam, therefore this steel structure is more steady and stronger.

According to the requirements of different projects and clients, we will supply different design and steel products. If the steel building needs high strength and resists earthquake well, we will consider to use steel lattice beam structure.

The span of steel structure building: from 10 meters to 100 meters (there is no column in the middle).

Packing: Depend on clients' requirements, we can load the steel pieces by open top container or closed container with steel skid.

STEEL STRUCTURE BUILDING PRODUCTION (Fabrication) PROCESS:
1. Prepare Raw Materials
Cut steel plate or use international size H section steel and angle steel, round tube, round steel, square tube etc.
2. Assembly and Welding
Our welders will follow the drawings to assemble the steel members and weld them together as an entire beam/column/brace and so on.
(Our quality inspector will check the steel pieces after finish welding, this is the first quality check)
3. Sand Blast
After finish welding and polishing, our sand blast effect can reach international 2.5 high grade, very good for resisting rust.
(Secondary quality check)
4. Paint
Within 2 hours after sand blast, all the steel members should be painted. Client can choose any color and any brand of paint.
(The third quality check)
5. Inspect the Goods by Client
After we finish a part of fabrication work, we will invite clients to check the goods before we pack the steel frame.
6. Packing and Loading
If clients require us to load the goods by closed containers, we will pack the steel structure members one by one on the steel skid and tie the whole steel package well.
(The fourth quality check)

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the advantage of using a steel lattice beam structure?
Compared to standard steel frames, steel lattice beam structures are significantly more steady and stronger. This design offers higher structural strength, making it ideal for buildings that need to successfully resist earthquakes and withstand harsh environmental stresses.
What spans and heights are available for these steel buildings?
The span of our steel buildings can range from 10 meters to 100 meters without any column in the middle, allowing for maximum usable floor space. Depending on the selected type (Economic, Standard, Large Span), heights can range from under 7 meters up to 20 meters.
How is rust prevented during the production process?
We use a thorough sandblasting process after welding and polishing, which reaches the international 2.5 high standard. To ensure maximum rust resistance, all steel members are painted within 2 hours immediately following the sandblasting stage.
How many quality checks do the steel elements undergo?
We maintain rigorous quality control with four distinct check stages: first after welding completion, second after sandblasting, third after painting, and a fourth final check during the packing and loading process.
Which panel type should I select for extreme temperatures or fire safety?
For fire safety, we recommend the Fireproof Type which utilizes Rock Wool panels (50mm to 150mm thickness). For low temperatures and cold storage applications, the Heat Insulation Type with Polyurethane panels (50mm to 200mm thickness) is optimal for maintaining thermal efficiency.
How are the fabricated steel structures packed and transported?
The steel structures are packed securely for seaworthy transport. If clients request closed containers, the steel members are placed one by one on custom steel skids and tied tightly to ensure zero movement and damage during shipping. Open top containers can also be used.
