Single-span gabled steel warehouse with spread footings. Dimensions: 120'L × 70'W × 17'H (eave), 6×20' bays. Features two 15'×15' roll-up doors. 240mm shale brick walls + 0.5mm profiled steel cladding. 0.5mm concealed-fastened steel roof with translucent panels, free drainage design. Total area: 8,400 sq ft (120×70).
